Freeport Community Services works for all of us because of the heartfelt generosity of the caring citizens and businesses in the towns of Freeport and Pownal, Maine. The gifts of money, time, food, clothing and many acts of kindness that come from our “neighbors” are the lifeblood of the organization. You make it possible for our citizens to be fed, clothed, warmed and fed. We thank you.

Printer Cartridge & Cell Phone Recycling
We are now accepting donations of empty ink toner cartridges, old cell phones and cell phone batteries. We work with a company who gives FCS money in return for recycling the used equipment. This program is beneficial for our community and the environment as it keeps toxic toner cartridges and cell phones out of the landfill! Donations are accepted on our Loading Dock @ 53 Depot Street 24/7 and at our Thrift Shop during regular business hours. FMI, call our office: (207) 865.3985.
