Space Rentals

Community Room: This spacious and beautiful room, 1500 square feet in size, is available for gatherings of up to 150 people. Adjoining the community room is a commercial kitchen. Wireless Internet Access, tables and chairs (20 - 6 foot tables and 175 chairs) are available for your use. For musical events, you will appreciate our recent gift from the Bradley Family of a K. Kawai grand piano, which we carefully maintain and have tuned regularly. Click here for photos. Commercial Kitchen: This commercial , fully licensed kitchen, is available for rental. Gas stove and dishwasher available for your use. You are welcome to visit the facility in as part of your project planning. Click here for photos. Coffee Bar/Lobby:

Our spacious lobby has 6 small square tables (each seats 4 people) with comfortable chairs for morning or lunchtime casual meetings. Wireless Internet access is available. Coffee, tea and snacks are also available for purchase. There is no fee for this space. Come join us! Click here for photos.

Office Rentals There are presently two office rooms available for monthly rental in the 55 Depot Street building. You would be sharing the second floor of this restored building with the Freeport Conservation Trust and Freeport Child Care Services.
