What We Do

Freeport Community Services is a community-run, community-based organization that coordinates programs and supplies a handful of direct services to our neighbors in the towns of Freeport and Pownal, Maine. Services include a Food Pantry with essential and emergency supplies for our neighbors who need it.

  3. Backpack Program

    Freeport Community Backpack Program

    The Freeport Community Backpack Program provides children who are suffering the effects of chronic hunger with nutritious, easy-to-prepare food to eat during weekends.

  4. Holiday Helpline

    FCS Holiday Helpline

    The Holiday Helpline program is designed to provide warm clothing and toys to families in need, and is available available to Freeport and Pownal residents thanks to a partnership with the Bruce Roberts Toy Fund.

  5. Camp Scholarships

    Summer Camp Fair
