FCS is a community-run, community-based organization that coordinates services and supplies a handful of direct services for our neighbors in the towns of Freeport and Pownal, Maine. We are guided by a 12-member Board of Directors and a six-member staff. They handle day-to-day operations of FCS and the Freeport Community Center, where we’re based.
